Toothless in Pokemon Emerald

Ever wondered what it would be like to have Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon in Pokemon? Well... me neither. But I did it anyways so enjoy!
I added the toothless dancing meme to Pokemon emerald. Anytime toothless is out, he dances! Toothless is a Dragon/Electric type and I combined the learnsets of Pikachu and Salamence since he is basically a combo of the two. You can select him as a starter Pokemon in the very beginning.
Currently you cannot encounter him in the wild. I thought a lot about where he would be and couldn't think of a place that felt natural (Mt. Pyre?). Let me know if you have an idea for where I can add him as an encounter!
